How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders that are ready-to-ship will ship within 3-5 business days. Pieces that require additional customization can take 5-8 business days to ship. Commission pieces, such as personalized pet furniture or custom quilts, can take up to 20 business days depending on complexity. If you purchase an Apartment set, these can take up to 30 business days to complete due to it being a fully customizable option and has several products included. You will receive a final expectation date within 3 business days after placing your order. Shipping time depends on your location and usually takes 5–20 business days worldwide. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How should I care for my pet products?
Most fabric-based items, such as bandanas, bows, pajamas, and blankets, should be hand washed or machine washed gently in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry flat or hang to maintain shape. Iron on low heat if necessary with a cloth between the iron and the fabric. Keep items out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. For wooden furniture, wipe gently with a damp cloth and avoid excess moisture.
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces for your pets. Please contact us with your ideas, and we’ll discuss what’s possible. Customizations can include designs, colors, or themed furniture setups. We can also create an entire "Apartment" just for your pet! You would just be responsible for purchasing the cushions and any decor items needed to complete their space. This is NOT an option listed on the website *YET* however, you can reach out to us and we will be happy to create this for you. Please stay tuned via Email to see any completed apartment areas for ideas or when these sets will go live on the website!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
Do your pet furniture pieces come assembled?
Our wooden beds and closets are hand-crafted and shipped with easy-to-follow instructions. Some pieces, such as stairs or multi-part furniture, may arrive detached for safety during shipping. All furniture items come with appropriate hardware. Please contact us if you have any questions when you receive your items or need help with building.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Because all items are handmade, refunds or exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
Can I bundle items together?
Yes! Bundles are available for coordinated sets of pet products, such as pajamas, outfits, bandanas, blankets, or furniture sets. Bundling can save on shipping and create a cohesive look for your pet’s wardrobe or apartment. Please see our “Twindled Sets” collection for options.
