How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders that are ready-to-ship will ship within 3-5 business days. Pieces that require additional customization can take up to 5-8 business days to ship. However, commission pieces can take up to 20 business days depending on the piece. A final expectation date will be discussed within 3 business days after the order date and will be sent through email. Shipping time depends on your location and usually takes 5–20 business days worldwide. Please use your tracking number for updates on your package once it has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Please note customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How should I care for my quilt or sewn item?
Hand wash or machine wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry flat or hang to keep shape. Iron on low heat if needed with a cloth between iron and fabric. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Can I request a custom order?

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Shopify’s checkout system.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Because all items are handmade, refunds or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order.
