    Commission Options

    I do offer commissions for ALL items. If you have a theme that you would like but do not see that theme on the website, just select the "Custom" option on the item itself and send your ideas in the "Comments" section before checkout. I will be in contact with you via email within three (3) business days from the transaction date for a follow-up discussion.

    I am also willing to design an entire playpen/apartment for your pet. However, you will be responsible for purchasing the playpen, bed pad/mattress, the couch, and any other items not offered on my website.

    Shipping & Processing

    All orders, including ready-to-ship items, require 3–5 business days for careful preparation before shipping. Any items that require an embroidery add-on will take 5-10 business days before shipping. Custom quilts, blankets, themed products, and furniture items may require additional time. Please allow 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.

    Domestic Shipping

    We ship across the United States via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground, depending on the size and weight of your order.

    International Shipping

    We proudly ship worldwide! Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 10–30 business days. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
